Soup to Nuts: Exploring Writing through Journaling Basics

The recipe for writing invariably involves various stages, however, many of us miss the magic that can be found in the “spill” of a rough draft or the “savory nuggets” that appear as we refine our work and our ideas.

This class is for you if you’d like a safe, supportive –and fun!– atmosphere in which to play with the basic ingredients of writing. We’ll use the private pages of our own notebooks to practice freewriting, explore memories, and capture dreams. These elements are the spice that make any writing rich and textured–a nourishing soup for the soul!

No prior experience necessary. A simple pen and paper is all you need. (A notebook and/ or laptop is okay, too!)

Limited space available; register for this 6-week program now!
