Beginning March 1, 2026: The circulation limit for Hoopla checkouts will be reduced from 4 items to 3 items per month.
This is being done as a cost saving measure, as the library pays a fee every time an item is checked out.
Patrons will still have access to e-books, e-audio, magazines, TV/Movies, comics and movies through the Hoopla app, but with 3 checkouts per month.
